In 2012, Midway Creative published the first issue of DISTRICT Magazine. The publication was a bi-annual, print-only magazine distributed onsite at all properties and mailed to 45,000 homes, until 2021 that is. We have partnered with PaperCity Magazine and re-launched DISTRICT by Midway in a fully digital platform. Readers enjoy a multitude of new articles monthly, highlighting the latest and greatest within Midway’s Texas portfolio and its tenants. DISTRICT is circulated through Midway’s online magazine hub, social media, and e-newsletters for each property in the portfolio, as well as PaperCity’s marketing channels. Each article will reach over 22,000 email subscribers, with potential to earn 5,000 page views. Through PaperCity’s social media platform, each article will have a dedicated post reaching an audience of over 130,000 readers.
