Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Utah, AES Clean Energy is committed to bringing a safe and successful transition to clean energy, while also investing in its local and neighboring communities. With a focus on solar energy and storage, AES Clean Energy projects consistently generate local jobs, community partnerships, and substantial tax revenue for the state and local governments, while also investing in local nonprofits, education, and local businesses in striving to make clean energy goals beneficial for everyone. While this marks the company’s first office in Houston, AES currently operates on four continents and across the country in California, New York, Hawaii, Virginia, Utah, and Arizona.
