The Downtown District began its revitalization efforts in 1995 with the goals of providing a premier work environment, growing a robust residential population and attracting locals and out-of-town visitors to Downtown. Their Operations Program works to ensure that Downtown is one of the cleanest and safest neighborhoods in the city.
